Caroline Lending was founded by Bobby Gerry in 2011. Prior to founding Caroline Lending, Bobby rehabbed houses in Houston during the credit crisis of 2007-2008. Bobby noticed that there was not a lot of capital available for house rehabs but there were a lot of houses that needed to be rehabbed. So Bobby managed to raise some capital and began lending it to other rehabbers. From that small beginning Caroline Lending grew slowly and steadily.
Today, Bobby manages Caroline Lending from our offices at 24 Greenway Plaza in Houston. You can find him there every weekday and frequently on Saturdays too. Please feel free to stop by and say hi. If you’d like to have lunch with Bobby, scroll to the bottom of the page.
